Meet our Founders:

Daylen Revilla, PTA- Co-founder Partner
Daylen Revilla is one of two co-founders of Physical Therapy NOW Coral Gables.  She earned an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from Miami Dade College in 2011, prior to returning to school to pursue her passion for the Physical Therapy field. Daylen has over 6 years of experience in out-patient, pediatrics and home health rehabilitation.
Daylen’s passion for sports rehabilitation and athletics began when she worked as an aid for Associates Rehabilitation working with patients of various sports injuries. Daylen passion and pride in offering the best care to every patient lead her to research on how she could start her own practice. She partnered with Physical Therapy NOW who is well known in the community for helping patients regain the ability to function at home, work, after a car accident or on the field of play.
Daylen’s future career goals include continued development of Physical Therapy NOW practices and mentoring programs for new PTAs.
Jason and Sharmila Hall, Co-founders Partners
Jason Hall graduated from University of South Florida Magna Cum Lade with a B.S in Civil Engineering.  In 2017, he met his future wife and they decided to go into business together, and the newly established business partners purchased their first Physical Therapy NOW location. Four years later, the Halls are still in business together, now with 4 franchise business units throughout the Miami metro area under their ownership. As a PTNOW Gables partner his responsibilities include administrative and management duties for the company,  focusing on insuring all team members provide compassionate and comprehensive patient care.
Mrs. Hall is a Franchise Executive with over 8 years of experience in all aspects of franchising in business-to-business, healthcare, retail and consumer industries. Her extensive franchising background includes franchise sales, operations, franchisee relations, training, marketing, franchise law, and Multi-Unit Franchise business ownership. Her specialty is to take emerging companies and turn them into a nationally recognized franchise brands.

Evelyn Capdevila MPT
Evelyn Capdevila, PT, MPT, is a licensed physical therapist with over 25 years in the field.  Evelyn earned her Master of Physical Therapy degree from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.  In 1998, she became a certified wound specialist.  Evelyn has extensive experience working in an outpatient setting as a staff therapist, Clinical Director, Clinic owner, and Clinic administrator.  She has worked in all settings including skilled nursing facilities, home health and long term acute care.  However, in 2001 Evelyn transitioned to the outpatient setting where she focused on the Medicare and injured workers population.  In 2009, Evelyn further advanced her career by becoming a clinical peer reviewer and later a Medicare surveyor.  She has been performing chart audits, for state and federal compliance in regards to documentation and reimbursement, as well as appeals and reconsiderations.  She has given in-services and courses to clinics and therapists in Florida and New York.  Evelyn is on the committee for Florida National University Physical Therapist Assistant program, volunteers with the APTA and has spoken at a national conference for minority Physical Therapists.
Andres Zapata OT 
Andres “Andy” Zapata served as the Founder & CEO of Physical Therapy Now Franchise, Inc., in Miami, Florida from its inception.  He also owns Physical Therapy Now Holdings LLC. in Miami, Florida since its inception February, 2010 to present formally known as Miami Rehab Center LLC with 8 corporate facilities.. He is one of the few Medicare Part A Inspectors to inspect Physical Therapy Facilities through-out the country for American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgical Centers. He opened his first Physical Therapy Center in 2003.  Mr. Zapata also owns business in Orthopedics, Interventional Pain Management, Urgent Care, Diagnostic Centers, and Durable Medical Equipment.
Carlos Nicado DPT
Carlos Nicado received his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from University of St. Augustine. His love of sports and science growing up is what guided him to being the therapist he is today. Patients love how attentive and caring he is all while providing the best plan of care for each of them. Carlos is well loved by all of us here at the clinic. He works with patients of all ages and specializes in dry needling, shoulder rehab, trigger point treatment, lower extremity biomechanics, custom orthotic fabrication, and TMJ treatment.

Dr. Olivio Blanco
Dr Blanco attended the University of Florida and received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan University in St Louis Missouri. He began practicing in Chicago. Ill. And returned to Miami, where he was raised, back in 1998. He has been in practice and servicing his community for 25 years now.
Stephanie Bavaresco OT
Stephanie graduated with a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from Barry University. She is a firm believer that success is not only determined by discipline but by how much we can learn from our failures. Her fun loving nature, passion and one-on-one time with my patients and it allows her to build lasting relationships with her patients. Stephanie thoroughly enjoys meeting each new patient and the journey through rehabilitation that they will take together. She has a passion for progressing clients back to optimal daily life/work skills independence.
Angela Villa, Occupational Therapy Assistant
Angela Villa was born in Bogota, Colombia and raised in Miami, Florida.  She is fluent in Spanish and English. Angela attended Keiser University and graduated with an Associates in Science degree with a certification in Occupational Therapy. She has experience in pediatrics but her passion in orthopedics. Angela has been working under an orthopedic surgeon with specialty in shoulder, elbow, hand for over 2 years with experience in post operation therapeutic treatment and wound care. Angela enjoys challenges in intricate cases and seeing their outcomes. Devoted mother of two, Angela loves to spend time with her family and friends, watching and playing sports, music and dancing. Angela is excited to be a member of the Physical Therapy Now Coral Gables family and help patient get back to doing what they love.
Cynthia Golan PTA
Meet our physical therapist assistant, Cynthia Golan. Straight out of high school she entered the PTA program in SABER college, graduated in 2018. Has been in practice for 3 years. Working with patients of varies conditions , helping them recover from their injuries and get back to a functional life.
May Machado, Occupational Therapist
Maydenis Machado is 30 years old, married, and lives in Miami, Florida. Born in Cuba, she came to this country when she was 12 years old. She graduated from Keiser University on December of 2010 with an Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant, on December of 2013 she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, and on December, 2017 a Masters in Occupational Therapy (OT). May is passionate about helping patients improve their level of function, in order for them to perform meaningful activities.
As an Occupational Therapist, she has experience in pediatrics, geriatrics, neurology, orthopedics, outpatient rehab, and the home health field. Her goals professionally are to continue to grow and learn every day and become a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT)

Jenny has worked in costumer service and management for over 10 years and enjoys the interactions she has with patients. She loves seeing patients become pain free and more mobile with the help of our expert physical therapist. Jenny is bilingual speaking English and Spanish was born and raised in Miami so she is proud to help her community. As our Admissions Coordinator she keeps our practice running smoothly and is passionate about creating a fun and caring environment for patient rehabilitation!.
