Appointment requests are not confirmed until a clinic contacts you. Insurance verification results shown on this site are estimates based on information returned by your carrier and are not a guarantee of coverage or payment.

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfering with site operation, scraping content in bulk, or submitting false or unlawful information through our forms.

Staff and franchise accounts are for authorized users only. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.
