Meet our Principal Physical Therapist in Hialeah

Thomas Pineiro is a Miami native who earned his Master of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine of Health Sciences in 2020. He has experience treating a variety of conditions ranging from strokes and neurologic disorders to amputations due to motor vehicle accidents. Thomas is confident that his practical skills and experience will prove to be a pivotal asset to patients gaining back their independence. He strives to obtain more knowledge and skills through continued education courses, certifications and keeping up to date on the latest evidence based research.

Thomas develops interventions and treatment plans tailored to each patient to reach their individual goals. He is fascinated with human biomechanics as well as educating his patients on ways to improve their activities of daily living. He always puts his patients first and approaches each opportunity to treat a patient as a privilege. Thomas looks forward to leading you on your rehab journey.

Jean Pradel, RPT

Jean Pradel is a licensed Physical Therapist with nearly 15 years of experience in an outpatient rehabilitation orthopedic setting, with skilled training in spine and extremity rehabilitations. Throughout his career, Jean has diagnosed and treated pediatric and adult populations with various orthopedic, congenital, neurological and post-operative functional impairments. In pediatrics specifically, he often used aquatic and hippotherapy as successful treatment methods.

Jean has utilized his skills as a personal trainer to enhance his therapeutic techniques with patients, providing them with a more comprehensive treatment plan. He also has extensive experience in treating athletes with sports-specific injuries.

Jean earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Physical Therapy from Florida A&M University and speaks English, French-Creole and Spanish.

Hector Gutierrez is under the direction of Jean Pradel and is a Physical Therapy Assistant
