    Golfer's Elbow (Medial Epicondylitis)

Pain on the inside of the elbow caused by overuse of wrist flexor muscles.

    Common symptoms

    • Pain on the inner side of the elbow
    • Stiffness in the elbow
    • Weakness in the hand and wrist
    • Numbness or tingling into the ring and pinky fingers

    How we treat it

Treatment includes eccentric wrist flexor exercises, soft tissue mobilization, progressive strengthening, and activity modification to allow tendon healing.

Every patient gets a one-on-one evaluation with a licensed physical therapist. We build a custom program around your goals — whether that's returning to sport, lifting your kids without pain, or sleeping through the night.

If your symptoms aren't improving within 2–3 weeks, are getting worse, or starting to limit daily activities, call us or schedule online — early intervention almost always means a faster, fuller recovery.

When to call us right away

If you're experiencing severe pain, sudden weakness, loss of feeling, or your symptoms aren't improving — don't wait. The sooner you start a guided plan, the faster you recover.
