Insurance Information and Payment Options
At APT PLUS, we file all necessary paperwork and claim forms directly to your insurance company for you. We accept most insurance, including Medicare, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Aetna and Humana. We are preferred providers for the majority of insurance PPO Plans, and if we are not on yours, we will accept reduced benefits. We also accept assignment for Medicare Part B and file the secondary insurance for you as well.
We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks, and cash.
Our priority is getting you well. We realize that deductibles,
co-payments, and secondary payments are sometimes difficult to pay
immediately. With the strain of physical problems, we understand that
the last thing our patients need is financial strains as well.
Individual payment plans are available to all of our patients.
