As of November of 2003 APT PLUS is extremely excited to announce the relocation of our headquarters and opening of our fourth outpatient physical therapy facility into the Woudeland Professional Center in Dyer, Indiana located on the south side of Route 30 at Great Lakes Drive. We occupy 6,000 square feet on two floors in the 35,000-sq. foot professional complex developed by Michael Vander Woude.
