Work Hardening, Work Conditioning and Return to Work Programs

Work hardening or work conditioning is utilized when an employee is not quite ready to go back to work. In order to get the employee in "work-ready condition," our equipment re-creates the work environment, and at a lesser demand, the employee performs his/her duties in our facility supervised by our therapists. The employee clocks in and out as he/she  would at work and perform his/her simulated job for 4-8 hours per day until he/she is ready to go back to the workplace.
